Regional Of Iraklion - Crete
A combination of the three varieties of wines and a selection of the best quality of grapes selected only from not irrigated private vineyards with a limited yield, allow us to obtain the exceptional colour and unique character of this wine. It's also allows for at least 3 years' aging.
Varieties: Kotsifali, Mandilaria and Syrah.
Vinification: Classic red vinification.
Characteristics: Deep ruby-red colour. Aromas which are reminiscent of red forest fruits. Abundant, aromatic, velvety flavour.
Suggested with: Grilled red meat and piquant cheese.
Best reserved: At a temperature of 17 -18°C
Available in 750 ml
