Ladi Biosas " Agrumato Lemon" high premium extra virgin olive oil, is produced by olives and fresh lemons which are crushed simultaneously and gently malaxe for about 50 minutes at a temperature below 26∞C.Unlike similar traded olive oils, which tend to lose flavor, crushing the lemon and olives together, maintains the pure flavor of each, contain perfumes, essences or at best essential oils, Ladi Biosas Lemon is flavored naturally by the skin and the fleshy part of the lemon.It has a fresh, bright taste and captures the intense flavor of lemons right after they're harvested. The Lemon flavor balances beautifully with the high premium extra virgin olive oil. Ladi Biosas Lemon is entirely bottled and labelled by hand, bottle by bottle, in order to minimise oxidation, ensure exceptional organoleptic attributes and ultra low acidity. It is packaged in a limited amount of bottles (821), maintaining the uniqueness of the product. All bottles are numbered and signed by the well known engraver and painter Takis Katsoulidis. Ladi Biosas Lemon is presented in a beautiful sleek, perfume-like minimalistic glass bottle . This unique shape and intelligent use of glass help preserve the tastes and aromas, while allowing a full view of the oil.
